Chapter Leaders Tackle Leadership

Being a leader in difficult times can be challenging, to say the least. PHCC Leadership and Legislative Conference speaker Nancy Lorenzano advised that with strong vision, creativity and trust, leaders will bring more and more value to their customers and themselves.  Preparation and understanding of the “journey” also is needed to succeed these days, according to Lorenzano.  “It’s your choice,” she said.  “Wait until the storm is over or dance in the rain.” 

PHCC chapter leaders—staff and p-h-c contractors—tackled a number of other pressing issues during the two-day event, including how to survive and thrive in trying times and how to balance life and work.
